We're Hiring: Customer Support Agent – Immediate Joiners | Alexandria, Egypt
Location: Alexandria, Egypt

We’re a fast-growing online platform looking for Customer Support Agents to join our dynamic team in Alexandria. If you have experience in live chat, call centers, and are familiar with investments/fintech, this is your chance to be part of an exciting and evolving industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, calls, and emails.
- Guide users on using our platform and understanding our products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, or platform features.
- Record all interactions accurately in our system (CRM).
- Work closely with other departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay up to date with market trends and platform updates.
Job Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English skills – spoken and written.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live chat support, call centers, and sales.
- Basic knowledge of finance/and digital banking.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
- Available to join immediately.
