Job Description

  • Develop and implement creative solutions to resolve client problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Employ strong de-escalation techniques to maintain positive client interactions during challenging situations.
  • Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.

Job Requirements

  • Bachler's degree in commerce or any related studies
  • Males ONLY are welcome to apply.
  • Residents of Zayed and October, Giza are preferred.
  • 1-2 Relevant years of experience as customer service or technical support.
  • experience in Fin-Tech industry is preferable
  • Good Communications skills and ability to work within a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and research skills.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures for end-user technical support.
