Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Service Ambassador. 
  • The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing assistance and support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • The role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
