Job Description
The Customer Support Agent will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring their car rental experience is smooth and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Provide accurate information regarding rental policies, available vehicles, and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
- Handle incoming customer communications via calls, emails, and potentially live chat.

Job Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in the automotive, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and general computer skills.
