Job Description
- Successful candidates will be dedicated to handle all coordination activities within the HR function, with a high focus on recruitment activities in the first three to six months.
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to; sourcing for very specific and scarce talent, mainly within the technology field in general and in payment systems in specific; using all possible sourcing methods, such as company website, social media, and recruitment firms.
- Screening and filtering CV’s, conducting phone interviews and first level F2F interviews, keeping the recruitment files and database and submitting frequent reporting for the recruitment activities and achievements.
- We are looking for someone between jobs or ready to join immediately.
Job Requirements
- A university degree in related field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Very strong coordinating & organizational skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very Good English skills
