Job Description
Organizational Development:
- Manage the organizational development programs and initiatives to enhance Employee professional development and improvement.
- Manage and maintain the organizational competency framework across the organization and ensure implementation of competency based HC management when possible.
- Define the grading structure for organizational jobs according to the organization structure and ensure link to reward management schemes.
- Make a clear Job Analysis for each role to identify the job duties and responsibilities and candidate/employee specifications needed for hiring.
- Work on the Organizational structure of each new division while make sure that all current ones are up to date.
- Develop HC policies and procedures and communicate them to all divisions.
Talent Acquisition:
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Answer internal inquiries regarding company policies, recent vacancies, internal transfers, and other information in order to facilitate the lateral move of existing employees between different positions.
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager.
- Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
- Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates.
- Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature.
- Develop test questions, case studies and rating standards within established selection procedures and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree from a reputable university.
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and OD.
- Real Estate exposure is mandatory.
- Excellent English Skills.
- Details Oriented person with Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
