Job Description

  • Act as a liaison, and provide our services information to the calling customers (existing or potential)who inquiring about  our announced travel packages and be persuasive enough to turn the send/received calls from/to customers into SALES.
  • Manage a large amount of incoming and follow-up calls in a timely manner.
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
  • Follow up on payments & handling related paperwork (visa/tickets/receipts)
  • Report daily updates to the marketing & operation teams about sales activity to take the necessary actions for execution (flights, hotels, and visa).


 

Job Requirements

  • At least Two years experience as a Travel Agent
  • Communication skills (verbal/nonverbal), persuasion skills, and negotiation skills are a must.
  • Problem-solving abilities that connected to a number of other skills, including (analytical skills, innovative and creative thinking, adaptability and flexibility, initiative, resilience, team working)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Learn & apply all the company's CRM system to keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Preferably Nasr City or nearby residents.
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
