Job Description:
The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the personnel and trading teams with various HR-related tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources.
The intern will learn:
- Recruitment and hiring processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation
- Onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- HR data management and reporting
Internship Start date: 28/07
Duration: 3 Months
Internship Requirements
Education:
Bachelor degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good user in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Desire to learn and take on new challenges
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Additional Preferences:
- Prior internship or work experience in an HR or administrative role
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent customer service orientation
