Job Description:
- The intern should able to plan his work, take feedback from existing clients and external customers and act upon accordingly. He should be responsible for generating leads, take follow up with clients and also managed with the Broker as well as responsible to promote the workspaces. Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing.
The intern will learn:
- Organizing sales visits
- Maintaining accurate records
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Maintain and Develop good relationship with customers
- Provide accurate client’s feedback to the respective centers or to their senior department
- He should be responsible for Client management, Sales Sheet management, Broker management,
- Client Registration Form fill up, Client On-Boarding, Handle proposal share with the concern person
- Record or maintain excel sheet of Sales Reports and and report to the sales manager or department
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers
- Have a confident and determined approach, highly self motivated, ability to work in a team.
