muzain is Egypt’s largest marketplace for beauty services, providing a comprehensive CRM platform for beauty salons, barbershops, nail salons, and fitness clubs. We empower service providers to grow their businesses through our user-friendly app that helps them manage bookings, clients, and payments. As we expand, we are seeking a driven individual to help us onboard new partners and build our presence in the beauty industry.

 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our network of beauty salons and service providers across Egypt. The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships, securing partnerships, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential beauty salons, barbershops, spas, and other service providers across Cairo and beyond.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with salon owners, successfully onboarding them to the muzain app.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and strategize on how to penetrate new markets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with business partners, ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and raise awareness for muzain’s app.
  • Track and report performance metrics, including acquisition rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the beauty, tech, or service sectors.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for startups, business development, and the beauty sector.
