Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Making the archives accessible to a wide range of users
  • Storing and preserving employee’s documents
  • Arrange the acquisition and retrieval of records.
  • Respond to inquiries from members of the public and other users
  • Prepare record keeping systems and procedures for archival research and for the retention or destruction of records
  • Organize archival records and develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.
  • Develop policies or procedures for archives, museums of libraries, organize informational materials.
  • Provide reference services and assistance for users needing archival materials 2
  • Prepare archival records such as document description to allow easy access to information
  • Create and maintain accessible, retrievable computer archives and database, incorporating current advances in electronic information storage.
  • Research and record the origins and historical significance of archival materials

Duration: 3 months

Date of Starting : As soon as possible

Internship Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferred in Law or Business Administration
  • Arabic is mandatory
  • Good Command of English
