Role description
The companies of the Gaucho Association of Startups are looking for exchange students of Business Administration. They will work closely with other interns to develop and implement an action plan to improve the company's system.
Main activities
- Develop SWOT analyses, mapping the main gaps in term of business and management.
- Planning development of main needs in terms of company administration and support for managers
- Analyze current and ideal state in terms of strategic plan, product development, finance and HR.
- Implementation of the plan with short feedbacks period and measurements evaluation;
- Study the place, price and promotion of the startup;
First Days: 11/06, 02/07 or 16/07
Intern needs to bring personal computer.
Duration: 8 weeks

- Market Research, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Business Intelligence, Organisational Management, Financial management,Data Analysis
- Ability to travel to Brazil and afford flight tickets
- Good command of English (Spanish is preferred too)
