Internship Description
Job Description:
- Facilitation Support: Provide support during training sessions, including setting up equipment, managing logistics, and monitoring participant engagement.
- Learning Administration: Maintain training records, enrollment data, and other relevant documentation to ensure the smooth running of learning initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, and subject matter experts, to align learning and development initiatives with organizational goals.
Duration: 3 Months up to 6 Months
Internship Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing and Science
- Relevant Experience: Internship or entry-level experience in learning and development, training, or talent management is desirable.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Passion for continuous learning and employee development.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and other educational technology.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
