Developing and diversifying marketing mechanisms and channels for client products according to the needs of the local and international markets (exporting, exhibitions, e-commerce, etc.).
Setting annual targets for the central sector and employees in the non-financial service units at regional offices, along with their performance indicators, monitoring their implementation, and overcoming obstacles to execution.
Determining the estimated budget for the central sector.
Qualifying and accrediting a network of providers offering technical, technological, and training support services necessary for projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure their success, growth, and improved performance and competitiveness. This also includes activating applied thinking related to franchising and the various associated marketing opportunities.
