Job Description
- Monitor and inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine quality checks and audits on processes, products, and documentation within the logistics operations.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations from established procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality-related data for reporting and analysis.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Analyze trends in quality data to identify areas for process optimization and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, safety, and company standards in daily operations.
Job Requirements
Education & Academic back grounds
- Bachelor Degree (Science is preferred) or Workers University (Quality Control Section)
