Job Description
- Carry out daily quality control operations across production lines.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Document test results and prepare technical reports.
- Investigate quality issues and support in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO 22000 / HACCP).
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure product quality.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent field).
- Experience: 1–2 years in a quality control role (preferably in the food industry).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing techniques.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
