QA Engineer

·       Implement rules of ISO, occupational health and safety, 5 S, BRCGS, FSC, YUM and environmental requirements in Workplace.

·       Undertake implementation of relevant Management Systems procedures.

·       Conduct daily follow up site tour to ensure quality management systems standards are implemented.

·       Identify and record any quality system related problem and support to continually improve management systems.

·       Conduct awareness session of quality management & Food safety management systems for employees on monthly basis.

·       Undertake monthly reports data collection and preparation in line with Management Systems requirements - such as Quality performance Analysis (QPA).

·       Conduct internal quality audits execution and submit the audit finding to Quality management systems senior Coordinator for appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

·       Follow up on implementation of the corrective actions on the non-conformance findings raised during the management systems Audits.

·       Assist in periodic data collection and analysis in line with Management systems and management review meetings.

·       Coordinate activities undertaken for external audit preparations with all departments.

·       Organize and coordinate internal audit planning and execution.

·       Handle customer audits, and customer questionnaire when needed in coordination with the sales team.
