Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on F&B or related industries.
Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
Strong knowledge of F&B products, market trends, and sourcing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and internal stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
