Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for food and beverage (F&B) supplies to support construction and renovation projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms for F&B products.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast F&B requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock management to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost analyses to identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in procurement activities.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile invoices, track expenditures, and support budget management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance procurement processes and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on F&B or related industries.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of F&B products, market trends, and sourcing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and internal stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
