We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised.What You Can ExpectAs a Logistics Operations Specialist, you are responsible for effectively managing, optimizing, and developing the company’s supply chain and logistics processes. You plan and coordinate the necessary operations to ensure the timely, efficient, and compliant transportation and delivery of materials and products. This is a hybrid role based in our Riyadh office, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.How You'll Create ImpactOversee and optimize logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant operations across import, export, returns, and distribution.Monitor logistics performance and KPIs, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to support informed decision-making by management.Process and track customer and system-generated orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely fulfillment in close coordination with stakeholders.Review and manage logistics documentation, including customs paperwork, ensuring proper archiving and timely submission to brokers and relevant teams.Collaborate with finance to ensure correct and timely processing of return credits and customs duties for import transactions.Handle logistics-related inquiries and special cases, including repair or quality issues, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and preventing excess & obsolescence (E&O).Your BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics management or international trade, preferably with knowledge of customs and regulations.What Makes You Stand OutFluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office with experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of Power BI and/or Smartsheet is a plus.Strong analytical skills to assess trends, optimize logistics processes, and support decision-making.Exceptional communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.Capability to manage multiple logistics priorities, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting deadlines.Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve supply chain or logistics challenges efficiently.Who We AreZimmer Biomet is a global leader in musculoskeletal healthcare solutions.
