Job DescriptionPOSITION OBJECTIVEWe are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Manager to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. You will oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML models, manage a team of data scientists and engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI into business solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data science, machine learning, and project management, along with proven leadership skills.Key Responsibilities :Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts. Define AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals. Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI models. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities. Monitor and evaluate AI model performance and ensure continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and data privacy standards. Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and techniques in AI and ML. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Develop internal capabilities through training, mentoring, and hiring. Required Qualifications :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. is a plus). 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and data analytics. Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps. Excellent project management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen. Preferred Qualification :Experience in [industry-specific AI applications] (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing). Familiarity with GenAI (Generative AI), LLMs, and responsible AI practices. Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms.
