Our Houston-based team understands both global talent mobility and the unique requirements of the Saudi market.Role Overview:The In-Country Representative will act as the face of company in Saudi Arabia, ensuring smooth interaction with local regulators, licensing authorities, and government entities. This individual will play a critical role in enabling company to meet all operational, compliance, and legal requirements for our industrial setup.Key Responsibilities:Act as official representative of company with Saudi government ministries, licensing bodies, and regulators.Support the company in obtaining industrial licenses, permits, and approvals.Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.Provide ongoing guidance on Saudi regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.Oversee local administrative matters to support company operations.Report regularly to senior management on developments affecting the business.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, or related field.Minimum 8+ years of experience in government relations, operations, or regulatory affairs.Strong network within Saudi regulatory and business ecosystem.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.Saudi nationals strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive monthly salary:Long-term career growth with an US international organization
