Safety / EHS Engineer – Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) & Substation – KSA (L1)

We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry. Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer Location: Saudi Arabia/UAE(On Site)Industry: Transmission Lines / Substation ProjectsExperience Required: 5 to 10 YearsJoining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory) Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS rolesExperience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation ProjectsValid passport with a minimum of 9 months validityGood communication skills in English (spoken and written) Key Responsibilities: Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnelDevelop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plansPerform routine site inspections and lead incident investigationsEnsure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessmentsPromote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policiesProvide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
