As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services.Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to optimize cost savings and improve operational efficiencyManage the entire procurement process, from identifying needs to finalizing purchasesNegotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricingAnalyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill departmental needsMaintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory levelsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendorsImplement and manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levelsPrepare and analyze purchasing reports to support decision-making processesStay informed about international trade regulations and customs procedures affecting procurementContinuously evaluate and improve purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the Middle East regionStrong knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor management, and inventory controlExcellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable termsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelExperience with ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and inventory management systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approachExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skillsFluency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Arabic is a plusFamiliarity with international trade regulations and customs proceduresUnderstanding of local business practices in Saudi Arabia and the Middle EastProfessional certification such as CPM or CPSM is preferredAbility to make decisive and efficient decisions in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership skills and experience managing procurement teamsAdditional InformationYour Team And Working EnvironmentIn 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
