Role Overview
We're seeking a Procurement & Inventory Management Specialist who thrives on precision, enjoys working with numbers, and has an obsessive attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone who gets satisfaction from ensuring every number matches, every supplier delivers on time, and every product meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Supplier Management
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Continuously evaluate supplier performance and find new sourcing opportunities

2. Quality Control
Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of incoming products
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues quickly
Document and track quality metrics

3. Inventory Management
Manage inventory across Shopify and ShipStation platforms
Maintain accurate stock levels and forecasting
Coordinate with fulfillment teams to prevent stockouts
Optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs

4. Backend Operations
Handle technical integrations between systems
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Generate reports and analyze performance metrics
Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

Negotiation experience - You can secure favorable terms with suppliers
Technical proficiency - Comfortable with Shopify, ShipStation, and various software tools
English proficiency - Excellent written and verbal communication

Procurement experience - Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management
Inventory management experience - Understanding of stock management principles
