Job Description
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, carousels, stories, reels, blogs).
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations to boost organic reach and community engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce high-impact content.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, segmentation).
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on campaign and channel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, etc.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Recommend and implement tools or automation to improve efficiency (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, Canva, Later, etc.).
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement/conversions.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience managing paid social and search ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
