• Job Details:Direct and monitor the sales team within the parts department for workshops and walk-in customers. Assign daily tasks and oversee staff performance. Follow up on the implementation of sales plans and achieving monthly and annual targets. Analyze sales reports and take action to improve results. Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered. Handle complaints and issues, providing effective solutions. Monitor the availability of spare parts and prevent shortages. Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory and stock updates. Order spare parts from local or international suppliers. Track delivery schedules and ensure quality standards are met. Study the market and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide reports to management on market trends and customer needs. Train staff on new products and sales systems. Develop team skills and improve overall efficiency.
