Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

As an IT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and driving technological innovation.
Manage and supervise the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives

Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers

Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through proactive measures and regular audits
Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement appropriate solutions

Manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timely execution

Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and equipment

Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for IT staff

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or in a similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with IT project management and implementation

In-depth understanding of IT security best practices and risk management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
Experience with budget management and resource allocation

Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, PMP) are a plus
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
