Key Account manager in ELTC GIG: my achievement i'm Building a solid relationship with my accounts, accordingly renewal (client retention) is almost from 80 to 90 % annual.




as sales coordinator, i built up data base using xcl to report some analysis to the sales director.



Front Desk Customer service support, i mage a weekly & monthly report with service shortcoming, this report was raised to senior management to detect repeatedly problems so as management plan to take an immediate corrective action.




i had managed to control banking expenses without claiming a statement with each and every withdrawl transaction this is through estimating the the esxpenses till monthly reconcilation time.
as for currencies estimating the charges with the largest possible percentage so that we can know when to inject our bank accounts with cash.

i was managing letter of garuantees and following up with bank all our returns.
