My Current Role is CR & Logistics Operation Manager in HL Solutions Co. leading a team in handling Customers shipping requests, handling all clients bidding requests and tender invitations as well, Leading contractual and pricing negotiations, aligning and preparing for the shipping and custom clearance documentations and SOP, Contracts & NDA,..etc., implementing bookings & shipments routing, following up on custom clearance steps with ports till delivery up to warehouse in addition to monitoring and sharing periodically trackers/report like performance indicators KPI & Daily/weekly reports.
