Service Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Establishing and maintaining project life cycle (end to end) - managing scope, identifying program issues, setting project quality and performance standards, assessing and managing risk, maintaining project tracking and information systems • In-charge of the Service Department for Metalbilt doors, organising daily installation and schedule with the help of 8 technicians facilitating door service and repair nationwide • SPOC for cost estimations, and managing Projects (end to end) • Planning/organising daily installation schedules for all technicians, providing leadership and direction, conducting regular health/safety meetings and toolbox talks for smooth functioning of BAU (Business-As-Usual) • Pivotal role in financial management including budgeting and forecasting, overseeing projects from cost estimates to client acceptance to installations • Accredited for successfully making monthly budgets, quarterly/yearly budgets of 2M and 8M respectively • Data churning, data mining, data set extraction, MI reporting for market activity, health/safety, competitors ‘performance, and budgets New Zealand largest door manufacturer with the largest product range.
