• Job Details:• Regulating and following up the chronic medication for all companies according to each company rules and ceiling • Editing claim forms needed for monthly medication • Checking the accuracy of the direct prescription by outside doctors by reviewing covered and non covered drugs on prescription, drugs prices, date of the prescription, client medical information, client card validity • Checking the accuracy of the medication claims from written by doctors by reviewing hand writing of company doctors, drugs prices ,prescription compatibility ,date of the prescription ,client medical information ,client card validity and assure company doctor signature on claim forms. • Telephone approval on client prescription to the pharmacies • Contact person with companies and pharmacies for any details or to solve any problems • Determining final payment for the pharmacies claims, clarifying reason of the discount if found • Manger of pharmacies claim form auditing under supervision of pharmaceutical department manager
