. Act as a liaison between management and employees.

Job Requirements
. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
. 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or textile industry.
. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
