Job Description
- Review and full awareness of contractual terms and conditions along with specifications for the
projects - Set project milestones and activities timeline with planning department to ensure fulfilling
contractual dead lines. - Ensure projects deliverables are in line with cost allocated budget
- Follow up on projects documentation and ensure they are updated and properly recorded.
- prepare projects organization and mobilization plan at initiation stage of the projects.
- attend meetings with customer and all stakeholders of the project.
- Lead the coordination with internal stakeholders (Site, involved departments)
- Take the lead to resolve bottlenecks and challenges that may affect project progress schedule
- Ensure timely progress payment claims to customer with close follow up and involve concerned
- departments or top management in case of response delay from customer side.
- Follow up closely projects variations and timely claims to customer until payments are cleared.
- Make the monthly report for the progress of project.
Job Requirements
- Tender Management, Bidding, and Cost Estimation skills
- Experience in analyzing tender requirements and preparing proposals
- Contract Negotiation and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
