Job Description
- Promote and sell the company’s light gauge steel structure building solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, large general contractors, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in the building construction market.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and commercial teams in KBS
- Provide technical presentations and support to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales / business development / project tendering / civil or architectural design, within a large building contracting group or a property developer
- Strong knowledge of building solutions and project management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
Days off : Friday & Saturday
Location : EL-Shiekh Zayed.City .
