Job Description
A senior role leading the technical team, ensuring high-quality detailed drawings, and providing site coordination.
- • Prepare, review, and supervise detailed technical drawings & shop drawings.
- • Develop BOQs and technical documentation.
- • Lead coordination between design, site, and suppliers.
- • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project timelines.
- • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Job Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Engineering.
- • 5+ years of experience in technical design & execution.
- • Advanced skills in AutoCAD & SketchUp (Revit is a plus).
- • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
