Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of (Human Resources) module
- Business requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Process design, process documentation, integration testing, data conversions, report development and end user training.
- Configure the application with future goals.
- Participate in all aspects of implementation project life cycle.
- Documentation of all project documents according to MS implementation methodology.
- Work effectively with other support team and help desk team to resolve customer issues regarding fast respond, reliability, and availability.
- Perform work plans, identify resource requirements, understand and establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks.
- Punctually enter project related time and expenses into project accounting system.
- Ability to design business solution and workaround
- Can create and lead semi-complex project plan and design
- Can make a demo presentation
- Meeting the deadlines
Job Requirements
- In depth knowledge of HR-Payroll functional area
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Familiar with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand software, research features and functions.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent English commands and language skills.
