Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team to deliver outstanding support and service.
- Design and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring swift resolution.
- Train staff on best practices, product knowledge, and communication skills to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and present findings to senior management.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to maintain Kitchino’s leadership in customer service excellence.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as customer service manager
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
✅ Excellent command of English is A must
✅ Previous experience in hospitality or hotels is a plus
✅ Strong leadership & communication skills
