Job Description


Our company is seeking an experienced Quality & Production Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our wood products manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood/furniture production, with proven experience in quality management, production planning, and team leadership.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
  • Assign tasks to the production team and monitor their execution to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure timely execution of orders according to required specifications.
  • Develop and implement production plans, optimizing workflow and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards and client specifications.
  • Manage and lead production staff and technicians to achieve quality and output targets.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments, including Accounts, Technical Office, and Procurement, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quality assurance and production management, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems and production protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex production challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and safety practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using quality management and production planning software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
