Job Description
An administrator provides office support to Instructors OR Clients and is vital to the proper operation of a business.
reports directly to the General Manager.
Administration \ Operations:
- Handling daily business operations.
- Managing accounting and financial data.
- Provide guidance and feedback to assist others.
- Generating reports.
- Track stocks ordering, and storing center supplies.
- managing the facilities' cleanliness.
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
- Enters and maintains Center, employee, and customer records.
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing center equipment.
Instructors:
- Taking complaints and workplace disputes.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for classes and ensuring that all classes are properly arranged with no conflicts
Clients:
- Ensuring smooth and pleasant experiences for students.
- Coordinate client bookings and schedules.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
- Taking any student complaints.
- Enhance the relationship between the center and clients.
