You are responsible for:
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through our inbound/outbound channels.
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Work in conjunction with various departments and team members to enhance customer services, brand awareness& retention.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for
- At least 1 year experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.
- A bachelor's degree in any related field.
- English level: Very Good- Excellent.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Comfortable using tech-assets.
- Good Knowledge in office systems.
