Horizons, a sister company of a top-notch US dental clinic, is seeking confident and assertive Customer Service agents for our call center office.
- You will be working from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am in our Nasr City, Cairo office
- Providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, social media, video calls, and live chat on our website.
- You will be rewarded with a monthly salary of 14k EGP plus KPIs and insurance benefits. Along with a fixed two-day off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Requirements
- Fluency in English Language is a MUST. (American Accent is Highly Preferred)
- A college degree purely in the English language is highly preferred.
- Fast typing on the Keyboard for responding to emails
- Excellent basic computer skills
- Preferred customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
