Job Description
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including all phases of maintenance of the common areas such as buildings, grounds, and direct supervision of outside contractors, to ensure that properties are properly maintained in accordance with company standards and maintenance agreements.
• Oversee the resolution of issues with in-house and outside contractors, and establish priorities to ensure that maintenance, housekeeping, landscape, and customer violation needs are met.
• Schedule and supervise all plans related to maintenance, landscape, housekeeping, etc., and assist with checking all areas.
• Coordinate with other related departments to maintain and ensure a smooth workflow, while ensuring that the compounds are compliant with health and safety legislation and providing advice on recommendations.
• Coordinate with the head of the district in developing and adopting processes and policies for emergency awareness.
• Manage and prioritize tasks recorded in the call center, and conduct analysis to identify areas of success and actions to be taken.
• Respond to complaints and issues from the residents, serving as the owner representative and corporate office in administering and resolving related issues.
• Identify and implement cost savings where appropriate, and manage the budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from the facilities in the compounds.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a MUST.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in the same title with extensive experience in similar field (Residential compounds and commercial projects).
- Strong technical background and knowledge of all maintenance services (Electrical, MEP, Landscape, and civil works).
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance materials and pricing.
- Postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional financial acumen and budget management skills.
