Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve business growth in the Horeca sector. Ensures strong relationships with key clients, drives sales strategies, and identifies new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of proven sales experience within the Horeca or foodservice industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth understanding of the Horeca market, including customer segments and industry trends.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed business decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
