Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager At least 4 years
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
Competency: - Leadership and team management ability
- Excellent in Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English
