Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and review all daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, journal entries) and ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile daily cash operations with recorded sales.
- Review purchases and match them with revenues.
- Monitor collections, cash flow, balances, and accounts for each client.
- Supervise supplier balances (accounts payable) and manage payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews and reconciliations of sales, purchases, and accounts.
- Oversee daily financial operations and integrate with the company’s accounting system.
- Manage bank accounts and payment cards, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management on financial status and cash flow.
- Contribute to developing financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
Job location: Baghdad - Iraq( Onsite)
We will cover all transportation and accommodation expenses from Egypt to Iraq.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in travel, tourism, or aviation sector).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting systems.
- Excellent financial analysis, auditing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise a small finance team.
