Job Description
- Creating the training needs analysis (TNA) to help in effective implementation of learning activities
- Design the training materials based on the company objectives of the learning programs to ensure the effectiveness.
- Develop a variety of learning solutions to enhance employee’s knowledge
- Implement the learning infrastructure of any new educational projects be it new or preexisting.
- Designing & updating learning activities documents to ensure the quality of the learning.
- Implement various learning activities as planned to help ensure employee’s change in behavior.
- Periodically assess learning effectiveness through the reinforcement tools to ensure incorporation of skills & techniques
- into employees' work behavior using a Kirkpatrick model.
- Implement any communication related to our learning Ideas and projects with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing & updating the policies & procedures for training operation cycles
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in HR field
- HR Diploma, TOT, instructional design is preferable.
- Excellent user of Microsoft office
- Excellent command of English language
