Job Description

  • Creating the training needs analysis (TNA) to help in effective implementation of learning activities 
  • Design the training materials based on the company objectives of the learning programs to ensure the effectiveness. 
  • Develop a variety of learning solutions to enhance employee’s knowledge  
  • Implement the learning infrastructure of any new educational projects be it new or preexisting. 
  • Designing & updating learning activities documents to ensure the quality of the learning.  
  • Implement various learning activities as planned to help ensure employee’s change in behavior.  
  • Periodically assess learning effectiveness through the reinforcement tools to ensure incorporation of skills & techniques  
  • into employees' work behavior using a Kirkpatrick model.  
  • Implement any communication related to our learning Ideas and projects with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Assist in preparing & updating the policies & procedures for training operation cycles 

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline. 
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR field 
  • HR Diploma, TOT, instructional design is preferable. 
  • Excellent user of Microsoft office 
  • Excellent command of English language
