Job Description

  • Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues.
  • Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Dealing with registration documentation, issues and disputes.
  • Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts, joint venture agreements and tender documents, Rents..etc).
  • Helping prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.
  • Organize and Update Legal documents (Critical Documents, Original Contracts and License).
  • Advising the human resources department on employment law and labor and benefits issues.
  • Open internal investigations and recommended disciplinary action.
  • Dealing with outsourcing Legal consults (International Agreements and Complex Cases).
  • Providing any other litigation support required from Management.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain the filing system.
  • Archiving all legal documents.
  • Monitoring changes in Egyptian law.
  • Assistance in conducting labor legal investigations.
  • Drafting (contracts, legal issues documents, legal reports, and documents)
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memo and forms.
  • File and update the information's of legal cases

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a corporate legal affairs specialist from 2 - 4 years of experience
  • strong relations with people in governmental relations entities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and research skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team of attorneys
  • strong negotiation and English skills
