Job Description
- Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues.
- Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Dealing with registration documentation, issues and disputes.
- Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts, joint venture agreements and tender documents, Rents..etc).
- Helping prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.
- Organize and Update Legal documents (Critical Documents, Original Contracts and License).
- Advising the human resources department on employment law and labor and benefits issues.
- Open internal investigations and recommended disciplinary action.
- Dealing with outsourcing Legal consults (International Agreements and Complex Cases).
- Providing any other litigation support required from Management.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain the filing system.
- Archiving all legal documents.
- Monitoring changes in Egyptian law.
- Assistance in conducting labor legal investigations.
- Drafting (contracts, legal issues documents, legal reports, and documents)
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memo and forms.
- File and update the information's of legal cases
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a corporate legal affairs specialist from 2 - 4 years of experience
- strong relations with people in governmental relations entities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team of attorneys
- strong negotiation and English skills
