Job Description
Handling all company legal matters and litigation.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements (construction, supply, and commercial contracts).
Representing the company before courts, governmental authorities, and external stakeholders.
Preparing and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Providing legal advice and guidance to management and different departments.
Following up on litigation cases and ensuring timely updates.
Managing corporate legal risks and offering solutions to avoid potential disputes.
Job Requirements
Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
Registered Lawyer at Primary Court (Cairo).
Registered Lawyer at High Appeal Court (Alexandria).
Minimum 10 years of proven legal experience in corporate and commercial law.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, corporate law, and contracting regulations.
Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in construction and supply fields.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
