Job Description
• Ensure electrical testing discipline 24/7 three shifts.
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions set by the Company Management & convey to direct reports.
• Execute the products electrical testing plan according to the Standard operating procedures for every process as well as the international standards.
• Execute electrical type test.
• Coordinate & review the weekly electrical testing loading plan in accordance of machine loading plan.
• Scheduling jobs with maximum manpower utilization & resources to achieve electrical testing target in coordination with Planning Dept. & Testing Manager.
• Responsible for the FAT and client / third party inspection.
• Supervise the direct reports for executing the testing output and ensure that the testing processes are done properly.
• Establish testing equipment’s calibration plan, work instruction and test methods a for laboratory personnel to conduct tests.
• Establish technical analysis and reports for the root cause of test failure and NCRs as required by the Quality management system documents.
• Comply and analyze test information to determine process and equipment operating capability and to diagnose multifunction of test equipments.
• Comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
• Estimate manpower requirements, testing times, material requirements, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions
• Improve, and customize, equipment, testing processes and methods.
• Contribute and driving continuous improvement of resources “Manpower, Machine & Materials”.
• Make training for testing supervisor and technicians to improve their performance and competencies in providing the testing service.
• Assist in developing nonstandard tests for R & D projects (if required).
• Reports test results and entries.
• Configures necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to Complete assigned testing.
• Provides technical expertise on specific tests, and operating systems
• Assists in the development of test plans and test procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in electrical testing, commissioning, or quality control roles.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and testing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing instruments and diagnostic tools.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all tasks.
