Job Description
- Set a meeting with the representatives to review the reports submitted by the sales team daily to identify and setting objectives.
- Divide the monthly target on the delegates according to each region and the number and type of clients therein.
- Reviewing the balances of the store in order to be able to approve the items required for the delegates.
- Follow up on the loading of delegates' cars.
- Follow up the delegates' work and ensure their compliance with the itinerary and coverage plans.
- Guiding delegates and solving their problems.
- Review delegate returns to ensure that returns policy is being implemented.
- Follow up the work of delegates in the market through field visits Making the necessary reports and sending them to the direct manager.
- Training and developing the skills of delegates.
Job Requirements
- FMCG background is a must .
- Hand on Sales Buzz is a must
- Experience as a supervisor or Teamleader
- Bachelor's degree
- Car owner is a must
- Proficiency in the use of computer applications - Office
- Ability to solve problems.
- Strong Communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Attention to details.
